Barbara Lipian

Barbara A. Lipian is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College and has been involved with the establishment and development of Introtech from its inception.  She is the corporation Vice President and has assisted her husband Henry P. Lipian administratively and as an advisor for the entire span of the company’s history.  During Mr. Lipian's deployment to Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Shield/Storm, she effectively managed the company and the staff for over six months during her husband’s deployment.  Barbara Lipian continues to assist with managerial and financial issues for the company and serves as a trusted confidant to others in the management staff.  She works closely with our managerial accountant, Melinda Lipian, to streamline the administration of Introtech and plans for the development of the Company as it grows and meets the challenges of the future. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Barbara remains a driving force behind the company’s commitment to integrity, stability, and long-term strategic planning.
